The SSP Shared Support Services Model involves the coordination of internal and external resources. An Account Manager is assigned to your account to handle the day to day activities, prioritize the work and ensure that your requests are promptly addressed by support personnel. The Account Manager works closely with the SAP Support Liaison from your organization selected by you.
